Water may seem simple, but there are a lot of complicated questions surrounding this everyday liquid. We’re here to answer all your water questions and make sure you have everything you need to get the most out of every drink. If you have any additional questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

A loud noise indicates that the system is undergoing its cleaning process, which
typically occurs once every two weeks, around 2 am.

The system’s minerals should be changed every 5-6 years, depending on the
household’s water consumption.

The RO unit’s minerals should be changed every 3-2 years, depending on the
household’s water consumption.

Yes, please contact customer service at 919-790-5475 ext. 103 to coordinate a
technician visit for relocation.

The system will resume normal operation once power is restored.
